Known issues:

• Upgrades to sites do not have costs displayed. The cost to upgrade a site is a flat:
  1 Energy + 2 Durable Materials + 1 Research
• Upgrades to sites are not explicit in what they do - each upgrade will increase the number of positive faces on a die (a D6 becomes a D8 with two new positive sides); each upgrade also contributes to the "greenified sites" win condition
• Sometimes the win condition of greenifying sites might not trigger. Also the lose condition does not end the game as it is meant to.
